（中央社記者葉素萍台北21日電）前副總統呂秀蓮今建議總統蔡英文，向國際海洋法法庭提出太平島及南海諸島各種海洋權益訴訟。總統府說，對南海諸島、相關海域權利維護，政府有相關做法，但還是謝謝她的意見。

總統府發言人黃重諺今天受訪指出，包括南海諸島、相關海域權利的維護，政府本來就有相關的做法，但還是謝謝呂秀蓮的意見。
他重申，蔡總統日前在國安高層會議裁示5項做法，包括捍衛漁權、多邊協商、科學合作、人道救援、鼓勵海洋法研究人才。1050721
